Learn about the two main themes of energy efficiency and injury prevention; the T’ai Chi principles of Needle in Cotton (Alignment & Relaxation), moving from your center, and cooperating with the forces of nature; learn about postural and directional alignment; gradual progress, and ChiWalking as a mindful practice.
